2. Services

Affluencer provides a lead generation and management platform. By using our Services, you agree to comply with all laws, rules, and regulations applicable to your use of the Services.

3. Payments

Payment for the Services will be made in advance. If your payment method fails, we will notify you and you will need to update your payment method to continue using the Services.

4. Refunds

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with our Services, you can request a full refund within 3 days of your purchase. After the 3-day period, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for all charges made to your account.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your leads for a maximum of 14 days after a failed payment. All leads will be deleted from the platform after your account is closed and/or after the 14 days following a failed payment. We are not responsible for any loss of data after your account is closed or after the 14-day period following a failed payment.

6. Support

Our email support is available from Monday to Friday. We aim to respond to all inquiries within 2 working days. However, response times may vary depending on the volume of inquiries.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through our Services or by other means, such as email. Your continued use of our Services after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and acceptance of the modified Terms.
